Contact tracers play a critical role in infectious disease control measures that local and state health departments and other health organizations use to support patients with suspected or confirmed infections. Patient Transporter

The Patient Transporter program will train you to provide safe, dependable, and courteous patient transportation services for all admissions, discharges, and transfers, throughout the hospital or long-term care facility. In this program you will learn how to maintain and be responsible for all departmental equipment, including wheelchairs, stretchers, and TransCarts, and be able to transport equipment and all documents relating to patient care and transport.
