Terah Crews is Vice President at Guild Education where she leads the Learning Marketplace Solutions, Guild’s professional services division, which helps institutions better serve working adult learners.
Prior to Guild’s acquisition of Entangled Solutions, Terah was a Senior Partner and head of Entangled’s higher education practice where she focused on helping schools innovate into new markets. While there, she developed strategy and advised senior leaders from across the higher education ecosystem in over 60 engagements.

• Kristy Malacos is the Executive Director of Ancillary Services for Magruder Hospital in Port Clinton, OH. She oversees the hospital and outpatient pharmacies, 340b program and supply chain, as well as the laboratory and radiology departments. Kristy has published several textbooks for pharmacy technicians over the years and loves to teach others!
• Whitney Schlotman has worked for the Kroger Co. in various roles for the last 16 years. Currently serving as the Kroger Health’s Training Leader, Whitney is responsible for developing training content for 27,000 associates across 38 states with skill levels ranging from new hire technicians with no pharmacy experience to department leadership. In her free time, Whitney enjoys reading, crafting, and spending time with her two dogs, Stella and Van, and two cats, Willow and Edgar.
