Online Apprenticeship Programs

Electrician Apprenticeship

Penn Foster’s online Electrician Apprenticeship program consists of courses to help you gain the knowledge and skills relevant for performing residential electrical jobs in a variety of settings, to go along with the OJT (on the job training) your employer will provide. The FastTrack program, which serves as Year 1 of the Apprenticeship, is designed to give the apprentice the skill sets required to get them in the field and generating revenue for the apprentice and the company.

Plumber Apprenticeship

Penn Foster’s online Plumbing training program consists of eight courses to help you gain the knowledge and skills relevant to becoming a plumber. Plumbing classes will cover how to read blueprints and select and install piping and plumbing fixtures, as well as the basic codes, regulations, and standards that plumbers encounter, to go along with the OJT (on the job training) your employer will provide. The FastTrack program, which serves as Year 1 of the Apprenticeship, is designed to give the apprentice the skill sets required to get them in the field and generating revenue for the apprentice and the company.

Penn Foster's online HVAC technician consists of eight courses to help you gain the knowledge and skills relevant for performing HVACR repair jobs in a variety of settings, including school systems, manufacturers, and large organizations that have commercial systems to cool or refrigerate products.

Once you've reviewed the programs listed on this page, click on the "Apply Now” or “Enroll Now" button to fill out the application or enrollment form with your credit card payment information.  After you submit and sign your enrollment agreement, you will receive a welcome email with instructions on how to log into the online learning portal to start your program.

How do I access the courses?

All course content will be delivered through Penn Foster's Student Portal. You will have access to your course content upon logging into the Portal for the first time.
