Industry Specific Toolkit

  • 30-minute discussion with partner point of contact or marketing point of contact to walk through standard toolkit
  • Delivery of industry-specific marketing toolkit including Penn Foster-branded collateral templates, delivered via word doc for ease of editing. Pieces in toolkit will include a flyer template, poster template, postcard template, 2 email templates, and 8 social post templates.
  • Imagery used throughout templates will align to client’s industry, but not be specific to a particular Penn Foster program.
  • Messaging and value props used in standard toolkit will be targeted to the student/learner/end-user.

Client Specific Toolkit

  • 30-minute kick-off discussion to review pieces to be delivered
  • Delivery of client-specific marketing toolkit including cobranded collateral using Penn Foster and client logos, delivered via PDF. Pieces would include a flyer, poster, and postcard delivered by PDF, as well as 2 emails and 8 social post templates.
  • Imagery used throughout templates will align to client’s industry.
  • Messaging and value props used for pieces will be for one audience of client’s choice (e.g. employee.)
  • Includes two rounds of revision with client, including 1-hour review meetings for each round to share feedback.
  • Penn Foster to draft joint partnership announcement press release

Client Branded Toolkit

  • 1-hour kick-off discussion to learn about client business and current marketing channels
  •  Delivery of client-specific marketing toolkit including white-labeled collateral using client brand standards, delivered via PDF. Exact pieces to be delivered would be flexible based on initial consultation, but could include a combination of flyers, posters, postcards, email templates, and social post templates.
  • Imagery used will be custom to client, aligning with their brand guidelines, industry, and program offering.
  • Includes two rounds of revision with client, including 1-hour review meetings for each round to share feedback.
  • Penn Foster to draft joint partnership announcement press release.
  • Messaging and positioning of program throughout all marketing collateral and deliverables would be highly customized to target audience(s) of the client.
  • Content delivered in toolkit could support up to 3 audiences, with unique messaging and value props for each audience (e.g. employee, candidate, client.)
