Constituent Services Worldwide (CSW) is a multi-faceted Public Benefit Corporation designed to be a catalyst for government initiatives. In part, CSW partners with organizations like Penn Foster to offer in-house training programs that are primarily grant-funded and lead certifications for populations that are unemployed, underemployed or seeking professional development.

How do I enroll in a program?

Once you've decided which program you'd like to enroll in, you can visit your local employment services or human services office. There, a representative can help you enroll in the program of your choice. You can also get the enrollment process started over the phone at (888) 550-6259.

How do I access my online program?

Once you've been enrolled in a program, you will get an automatic email sent to you, which will help walk you through the setup process and gain access to your learner portal. From there, you will have access to all of the course material and can begin learning immediately!

What does it cost to enroll?

Simple answer - nothing! These programs are being offered at absolutely no cost to you.
