Through the Aspire Academy, we partner with community-based organizations dedicated to empowering communities and changing lives. Our goal is to bring upskilling and reskilling opportunities to historically underserved groups and communities and to help people find their path through learning programs that contribute to economic mobility, career progression, and work equality.

The Aspire Academy offers foundational, introductory and advanced courses, and all are designed to be completed within a year (some more quickly that others) – moving at a pace that is comfortable for you

A few things to keep in mind as you begin your journey:

1. The purpose of the Academy is to offer courses that will teach you new skills for your next career move.

2. The Academy offers short form and long form courses and all are designed to be completed within a year – moving at a pace that is comfortable for you

3. Courses must be taken outside of your work schedule.

4. This is totally voluntary! Participation in the Aspire Academy is not mandatory nor is it a requirement for placement, and you will not be paid for your time.

Contact Tracer

Contact tracers play a critical role in infectious disease control measures that local and state health departments and other health organizations use to support patients with suspected or confirmed infections. You'll study medical terms, principles of exposure, infectious interactions, symptoms of disease, and pre-symptomatic and asymptomatic infections. Insurance and Billing Clerk

The Insurance and Billing Clerk Certificate prepares learners to interpret information on a patient’s chart and generate invoices using the corresponding codes from insurance companies to provide timely and accurate billing services. What is the Aspire Academy?

The Adecco Group US Foundation has partnered with online skills training provider, Penn Foster, to launch the Aspire Academy – a fully sponsored online training initiative that allows Ajilon associates and candidates the opportunity to learn new skills online, at no cost them.

Why should I enroll in the Aspire Academy?

Through the Aspire Academy, you will learn invaluable job skills that will help you take your career to the next level. By enrolling in these online courses, you will be able to learn on your own time and at your own pace with Penn Foster’s online and mobile-friendly learning platform.

How do I become eligible for the Aspire Academy?

As an Ajilon associate or candidate, you’re eligible to enroll in a Penn Foster course once you’ve interviewed with an Ajilon recruiter.

This does not mean you have to be on an assignment to be eligible to enroll in courses, but you have to be active in our candidate and associate database.

You’ll be able to sign-up for your first course the week following the completion of your interview with an Ajilon recruiter.

If more than 6 months have passed since you last spoke with your Ajilon recruiter, you should reach out to confirm your file is still active. Make sure you regularly check your email for information on how to enroll in classes and how to stay on track once you’re enrolled.

How do I enroll in the Aspire Academy?

To enroll in a program through the Aspire Academy, you can click the "Enroll Now" button next to the program of your choice on this page. From there, you'll complete the enrollment form on the next page.

How much money does it cost to enroll in the programs?

If you meet the requirements for eligibility as an Ajilon associate or candidate, nothing! The Aspire Academy programs are all available at no cost to eligible Ajilon associates and candidates. See “How do I become eligible for the Aspire Academy?” to review the eligibility requirements.

How do I access the program material?

All course content will be delivered through Penn Foster’s Student Portal. You will have access to their course content upon logging in into the Portal for the first time. Once logged in, click on “Program and Courses” in the left navigation bar to see the courses in your program. You can also get started directly from your dashboard by clicking “Start” on your home dashboard.

Can I change courses if I decide I don't like the one I'm enrolled in? If so, how?

What is a skills badge?

A skills badge is a virtual credential you earn for completing a certain lesson or set of lessons in a course. Several of the Aspire Academy programs have skills badges that you can earn as you progress toward completion. You can check to see if your program of choice includes skills badges by clicking the "Course Details" dropdown menu below the course description.

Badges are a great way to show that you've mastered a specific skill or competency. Upon earning a badge, you will be able to download it virtually and share it online to show off your success to the world!
